Time: 5:00 to 8:00. Jon will DJ from 5:00 to 5:30. We play from 5:30 to 6:00. Melissa Fairy performs from 6:00-8:00.
Location: Flywheel Bicycles, 550 S Pacific Highway, Talent
Parking: Chuck Roberts Park or Sunday Afternoon. (The Flywheel parking lot is for the party!)
Equipment: We can store our instruments at Flywheel or Cascade Suspension Works (same building), before and after the event.
Tips: Get their early and bring a chair to reserve a spot in the shade.
Food: El Jalisciense Food Truck serves tacos, burritos, and enchiladas, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
Drink: Flywheel serves beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. Feel free to bring water, etc.
Recording: Jon will record audio. Jon and Melissa are hiring a videographer for $75 per hour. It is appreciated if tips help offset the videographer fees.
